实测注册 TG 没有要求发短信验证，并且出现绑定邮箱的界面。

### [程序员] Codex 额度有点不够用了，现在还有哪家有免费福利可以白嫖的？
之前 Codex 双倍福利时站起来蹬感觉好爽，感觉额度永远用不完。
最近开发强度比较大，加上现在活动结束了，周额度总是差个一两天。
买第二个 plus 又感觉浪费，因为平时强度没这么大，下个月又用不到了。
